Well the fall hit me hard
I was on my back staring at stars
But it was daylight outside
So I stared up at those leaves
And I felt them underneath
And I watched as summer turned quiet
And somehow it made sense
How it all comes to and end only to begin again
Summer's pile of regrets
Was only spring's lost bets
And if it wasn't fall outside it was in
So just button up your coat
Here it comes, here we go
Just remember tomorrow never knows
And the colors are going to be
Ones like you've never seen
So say goodbye to green
Because here it comes in incredible yellows
Inevitable orange
