Love Like Winter lyrics

Warn your warmth to turn away
Here it’s December every day
Press your lips to the sculptures and surely you’ll stay
(Love like winter)
For of sugar and ice, I am made (I am made)

It’s in the blood, it’s in the blood
I met my love before I was born
He wanted love, I taste of blood
He bit my lip and drank my war from years before

she exhales vannila lace.
I barely dreamt her yesterday
Read the lines in the mirror through the lipstick trace
"Por Siempre."
She said “it seems you’re somewhere far away,? to his face

It’s in the blood, it’s in the blood
I met my love before I was born
She wanted love, I taste of blood
She bit my lip and drank my war from years before

Love like winter (Oh)
Love like winter, winter… 3, 4

It’s in the blood, it’s in the blood
I met my love before I was born
He wanted love, I taste of blood
He bit my lip and drank my war from years before

Here it’s December every day -- there are missing lyrics after
"Here it’s December every day" there is a faint, female voice which says "I like that"

This song is alright, but yes, their other stuff is better.
'tis still a good song to dance to though =]]

  • April 0 points

well. we're back in school now. advanced math is now one of my favorite classes next to music(the m. teacher's crazy!) the math teacher doesn't take up homework until we have a test on it! and if we're assigned 20 problems and can only do 12 because we don't understand the rest, we can just write it down in class the day its due!! and there's only 3 people in that class......yep i'm pretty happy....except i have spivey for TWO classes again...Senior Thesis and English 4......(sorry for typing so much......)

  • shonz 0 points

*pats on back* there there, i haven't been doing anything lately either.

  • April 0 points

*rolls eyes* typical! kimikun (her names actually kim......but oh well! ^^)and i both act like that. However, we are like afraid of each other and hate eachother, but we are true friends, if that even makes sense.....it's kinda weird, but, hey, so are we.....^_^

  • shonz 0 points

lol! i don't have any friends in my class :(. well, i did but i fell out with them because they were being complete bitches!

  • April 0 points

well, there was only about 10 students in our Bible class, the girls, anyway. that really isn't all that surprising, it not being a popular choice and all.with the school being so small and me (and my best friend) being so quiet and bookish, we were the teachers' pets and got away with pretty much everything. it was fun!

  • shonz 0 points

doesnt sound to bad. we only have 2 boys in my RE class, theres only about 19 of us in total, it wasn't a very popular choice...

  • April 0 points

well, this school, only the staff is required to go to a certain church, the students are free as a bird when it comes to religion. Only the girl's class was awful. when they had the bible classes coed, every body liked that class because you were able to discuss what you believed with the other students and the teacher.

  • shonz 0 points

but most private schools start out as single religion schools and eventually others are introduced into them. Gosh that sounds kinda awful! i love having discussions with my ex-RE teacher (he retired) but that doesn't sound as fun...

  • April 0 points

well, i may go to a private school, but we aren't all of the same religion, so our Bible teacher (well, last year they decided to do girl's Bible and boys Bible, it was disastoroues(sp?) for us girls....) teaches straight from the Bible and it turns into a discussion instead of a class...

  • shonz 0 points

oh, i go to a public school that has students of several different religions so we don't have 'bible class' or anything like that.

  • April 0 points

oh, ok! i can't drop history and my religious education is a must and is known as Bible class, and it's really in all classes. (i go to a private school)

  • shonz 0 points

religious education. but for GCSEs its more widely none as philosiphy and ethics. i dropped history, i hated it!

  • April 0 points

i guess those are like the gateways we take. in 10th we take math and science. in 11th we take history and english. my worst subject would have to be history. of course, math isn't my thing at all. Chemistry was more up my alley.....ummm....at the risk of sounding like a complete idiot....what is RE?

  • shonz 0 points

i'm doing my GCSEs this year, they're exams everyone takes in year 11. at my school we have to do maths, english, science and IT, and then we get to choose 3 others. i tokk geography, art and RE

  • April 0 points

yeah, that's about right.i guess over there i'd be in year 12. And it's good you can take art class to expand your talent. The school i go to right now doesn't offer electives, all classes there are required.

  • shonz 0 points

im 15 and in year 10, i have a friend in a america (my mums american) and she is the same age as me and in 10th grade. i think thats right anyway.
and yes, i do think i have some skill at art. im not brilliant, but im not bad

  • April 0 points

okay, about how many years have you been going to school? (i know from where i'm standing 'grades' over there are a bit confusing (i tend to read alot, preferably (sp?) about stuff that is totally unrelated to 'my world)). Are you good at art? (srry for prying...^^)

  • shonz 0 points

HS. i live in England so im not sure what grade my year is equivelant to.

  • April 0 points

Really? you take art? (i hate to ask, but..) College or HS? that really is a good cd.

  • shonz 0 points

i managed to listen to sing the sorrow a couple more times whilst doing art coursework.

  • April 0 points

yeah.....^^ that happens to me a lot...

  • shonz 0 points

lol ^^! listened to both of them today and they are really good! i was typing whilst listening to them though so i could hear it but wasnt paying attention to the lyrics.

  • April 0 points

yeah, i meant sing the sorrow......had a little bit of disturbed singing......^^oops....

  • April 0 points

yeah, i changed my mind about that song when i borrowed a lyrics booklet from my friend. then i read the lyrics, again, while listening to the song and it made much more sense. and the Sing theSickness album is wonderful! i haven't been able to find the art of drowning cd, so tell me if it's good!

  • shonz 0 points

i really like kill caustic. i think the only song i dont like just a little bit is........none of them! i just got 2 of their older 5* rated albums (sing the sorrow and art of drowning) off amazon, havent listened to them yet but im dying to!!

  • April 0 points

I love almost all their songs, with the acception of kill caustic ( i like the lyrics themselves, though....)

  • Kristen 0 points

This is their next single, for anyone who's interested.

  • shonz 0 points

you're right, it's a great song and they are the unkown lyrics. i have the album with the lyrics written in the CD cover book. i am checking all the songs to make sure they are the correct lyrics and have had to correct nearly all of them! just had to do it for these aswell.

  • sam 0 points

    good song
the unknown lyric is(She exhales vanilla lace,)

this is a good cd but there earlier stuff is better
