Arlen Roth (born October 30, 1952) is an American guitarist, teacher, and author. From 1982–1992, he was a columnist for Guitar Player magazine.
He has performed and recorded with Bob Dylan, Danny Gatton, John Entwistle, John Prine, Don McLean, Kate Taylor, James Taylor, Livingston Taylor, John Sebastian, Ramblin' Jack Elliot, Phil Ochs, The Bee Gees, Rick Wakeman, Paul Simon (as well as Simon and Garfunkel), Art Garfunkel, Ry Cooder, David Lindley, Brad Paisley, Vince Gill.
