The early birds will warmly greet the late arrivals

The best of Barbara skips and everybody smiles

Across the handshakes, past the cheeks they will be kissing

The family camera searches for the only member missing

In a world two feet above her

Staring through the banister, or hiding in the kitchen

That's the song. I think these lyrics are pretty much correct, except for the middle eight. I really had no earthly idea about that part. :P
