What a difference sixteen months make//
i couldn't fit it in a thousand status updates//
foot to floor, at these speeds, dangerous to pump breaks//
blur of hotel rooms, runway lights and pub names//
sunday flights, hidden behind dark shades//
live for the days between cant wait, and cant take it anymore//
waiting till its "cant wait" again//
for now we can make a name, later we can make amends, ok?//
took it to showstopper, from showstealer, from showstarter//
worked my little ass off for it i did//
juggled uni and music, pretty much hit both targets//
one change if i had my time again? go harder//
double the workload, opportunist to the bone//

aint much between reasons and excuses//
and theyl think your crazy ass cant achieve it till you do it//

iv always said il back a good trip over a long ride//

it feels like im so beyond noticing the road//
that my expectations cant be the only thing thats grown//
with the first i stepped out of every shadow that i know//

cause the truth sets free, but its tougher to accept//
the one thing worse than hates when they love you then forget//
