There’s no one like you I have met
It rains on me and you get wet
Any time there’s a storm,
It storms all over you.

Any time the weathers rough for sailing
There’s an element that’s countervailing
You’re there too

When evil omens fill the sky
I notice with a down cast eye
There’s a small other foot
Adjacent to my shoe

And I’m not surprised to find I’m leaning
On the person it belongs to, meaning
You’re there too

When the wind is blowing
When the dawn is glowing
There you are in the rain
There you are in the sleet
There you are, ‘til the sun breaks through
One face,
That constantly lights my way

In the mountain
In the valley
You’re the view

I may be rather commonplace
God knows I’m not a special case
I get lost in the dark and don’t know what to do

Not a hint of an idea to guide me
But look who’s falling on her face beside me
You’re there too.
