I present some sober advice,
from a life of learning the hard way
I too, once was niave,
with my heart draped on my sleeve.

Many would attest to aim for the stars,
and then if you fail, at least you're among them.
But I disagree,
we are capped by our abilities.

Well if that's true, those not at the top
would have little excuse.

so many years to keep hanging on,
