I agree with dale. Don't like her opinion, ignore it. This is a song about Pink's opinion of the current situation. I tend to agree with her. George Bush really has done jack all rebuilding after katrina, ask the people living there. There are also millions of homeless and not enough shelters, which is something he can put to congress and build. But he's not. Actually, through greed, he has let large corporations take american people's money and run the country into recession - in turn usually leads to a depression.. tell me, he could've done better, right?

I love this song. Jenicia, how dare you be so racist. I was a young mother making minimum wage with a baby on the way. There isn't always financial assistance either. Some people who make just enough to survive are considered as making "too much." You are probably a lucky rich girl type living off daddy's money so guess what? Hello. My neice came across this song and informed me of it. I was very dissapointed about all of the accusations made against me on behalf of all the young people. I am sorry you feel this way, for example, about katrina victims, but there is only so much money in the United States budget and were doing all we can. Music was once an outlet for ARTISTS to express emotions and ideas about what was going on in the world. The greatest music of all time pushed limits - talked politics, called people out for the things they did, spoke the truth, and meant something! This is all too rare these days. One person asked how have you helped? I have walked through hurricane stricken areas such as Pensacola after Hurricane Ivan in 2004. I have ripped off roofs, rebuilt homes and cleaned up debris. That is how I have helped. There IS something (Congress) can do. HELP and walk in their shoes, literally. Any politician dem or repb would have my vote. Show me you actually care. isnt it soooo true. what got me was a person made a vide behind this song with neglected people and animals on, it was so touchin. me and my mom think that sumone has finally had the courage to speak up, and its about time! i think this song needed to be made to get peepz attention.

Jenicia, do you think that in the wake of Katrina, there's enough room in shelters for every person left homeless? Hundreds were left stuck on the streets because of that hurricane, and many are left without even a box.

What a crock ! "Minimum wage with a baby on the way" ? If your'e making minimum wage then you have no business conceiving a child ! You should be going to some type of school or college to get a better education so that you can qualify for higher paying jobs ! Homeless ?? Building a bed out of a cardboard box ?? That is what the homeless shelters are for...I've been there...you can get a hot meal, shower and warm bed...it's the homeless and poverty stricken who can qualify for free grants to go to college or trade school to learn a skill !
