This song is so AMAZING ...although it makes me cry everytime i hear it. Its a constant reminder of what my abuelita went through in coming to the U.S. & a constant reminder of why my dad wakes up early in the morning to go to work. The song is beautifully sung between Arjona y Intocable. Theyve wrtten a song about the forgotten. Its time for "Change" we need to improve our immigration laws & allow for all hard working immigrants & illegals to have a real chance at the "American Dream". Our Mothers, Fathers, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents have helped this country & now it's time they return the favor. Im one of the many lucky ones that gets to call myself a PROUD MEXICAN <333

The song was very well written & composed the lyrics are selected truth that if you are really listening you can hear. I don't think, I know what the lyrics mean all to well the question is can any one that's not an Immigrant ever understand & connect to the social alienation among one another. I think the song is great THANK GOODNESS for the INSPIRATION given to the creators. It's a classic of modern time, "current affairs", main media is not interested in airing. The last verse in the song is the best written phrase I've ever heard, for the unlucky people that don't understand Spanish, this is what the last verse says:
