hi my name is jasmine what i think the lyrics mean is that when she shake her hips it make the mens speak spanish.Yes i love the song. The feeling thaat i associate with is that how she have her emotions when she dance. Do you know that i speak spanish and i can shake my hips just like her . I also know all the dance moves in all of her viedos .I am 10 Years old . If you think i am lying about the dancing and speaking spanish i will put my viedo of myslef doing all og her dancing on youTube when ever i get a chance and when i get a tape rrecorder.
