They actually changed the lyrics to the correct song. They had the Flagpole Sitta lyrics here first.

This is a Sublime song as well. Flagploe Sitta may have sang it to but Sublime plays it on one of the discs in Everything Under the Sun.

I agree it's Flagpole Sitta by Harvery Danger. Other artists that have been credited for this song on the internet are Lit, Blink 182 and Greenday under the incorrect song titles of "I'm not a loser" and "I'm not sick, but I'm not well."
