They mean there is alot of good things (diamonds) as love happiness bestfriends and much more,but when u lose this ''dimanods'' don't need to blame osmeone else for it.
for wasted time for love that u lost.
or for job u wanted os much u stied for it lal of ur life caus eur parnets told u gonna be good and u failed.
so they mean don't blame nayone cause the one who should carey all of the responsibilty is the one who does the things and takes the choice.

In my opinion, the song is about taking responsibility. The person about who singer talks did them wrong some time ago. They tend to blame others for their mistakes, instead of themselves, though. The ridiculousness of this is reinforced through giving them ridiculous targets to blame. To me, main lyrics translate like "don't blame you parents, circumstances, your upbringing, oh, maybe it's your daughther's fault now, or maybe your little dog's?"
